Human Rights Day Drive for Youth On Fire

The Human Rights Series makes its first pop up performance event on Human Rights Day, December 10, 2012. Local artists will lend their talents exploring the theme of the night: gay rights. Entry fee: new or gently used hat, scarf and/or gloves for donation.

Doors open tonight 7:15pm at the Factory Theatre at 791 Tremont St.

Clothing donations collected will be provided to the “Youth on Fire” drop-in center. This space welcomes homeless and at risk young people between the ages of 14 and 24. The center “as well as prevention information on HIV, STDs, Hepatitis C and other diseases associated with high-risk behavior”.
