Well, folk friends, this day just got a whole lot sunnier!! The Avett Brothers are back in the Newport Folk Fest lineup – but this time as headliners. The whole Folk Fest lineup this year, announced one artist at a time on Instagram, is incredible.

I’ll follow up with a lengthier post soon, because we really deserve to talk about any number of the bands playing this year. If you’ve got your tickets already  – you’re in great shape. If you don’t, start searching the secondary ticket markets because it’s sold out and you’re not going to want to miss this festival.
