[…] Alex D.: Yesterday I went shopping with my best friend Amanda around Boylston and Newbury. Can’t believe how suddenly it is gorgeous out and everything is in bloom, takes me by surprise every year! We swung by Rattlesnake for a tasty dinner on their roof-deck. I’m not sure when, and it may or may not have been recently, but they have changed their menu! The food was more fantastic than I remembered. Both the Spicy Fish Tacos I had and the Chicken Tacos Amanda feasted on were super flavorful. Saturday, I will be a fun day of outside activities. I just love activities. Taking a walk around the Esplanade will start the day, followed by lunch at either the Bay Bay Social Club or Parish Cafe. Saturday night will be spent slipping on some mug-a-ritas at the Pour House. Sunday… confession… usually I have been to at least 5 games by this time in the season… I have not been to any this year! So maybe Sunday afternoon you will find me sitting in seats hopefully with this view. […]
Dave claims a birth right to the Boston Red Sox having been born around the corner at Beth Israel. A PR guy by day, Dave may have lived out of Boston nearly as many years as he's lived here, but he never let go even while in Arizona, Central New York, California or Washington, DC. You can follow Dave on Twitter for various updates about the news he sees in the South End and Back Bay, but warning, he'll chime in about sports teams from Fenway to Chestnut Hill and obscure pop culture references from time to time. Dave loved DC, but he definitelyloves Beantown.
