Tuesday will be the final election for the Senate seat vacated earlier this year by Senator John Kerry when he accepted the Secretary of State position for President Obama’s second term. Long-tenured Representative Ed Markey, from the Democratic side, and relative newcomer Gabriel Gomez, from the Republican, will be spending their Monday criss-crossing the state in a final effort to secure the votes they need.

As a reminder, voting is kind of one of those things that we have a pretty awesome right to do. Make sure you try to carve some time out tomorrow to vote across the state. You can check your polling place in this tool from the Commonwealth. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
