First and foremost, let me say that I am so glad to see Nickel Creek back in action. Seven years without this trio was a painfully long time to wait, but the new album A Dotted Line is oh-so-sweet. I’m thrilled the vacation is over and strongly recommend the record.
Now to the Boston connection. The band will be headlining the House of Blues on Lansdowne Street this May 1st. Joined by The Secret Sisters, the show promises expert musicianship, fantastic harmonies, and–of course–the badass mandolin playing of Chris Thile.
